PDQ TPMS RETURN POLICY 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At PDQ, we stand behind the quality of our TPMS sensors and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Uninstalled
    • In original packaging

Returns may be denied if the product has been installed, programmed, or damaged

IMPORTANT (TPMS-SPECIFIC)

Due to the nature of TPMS sensors:

  • Programmed or cloned sensors are NOT eligible for return
  • Sensors that have been installed or mounted cannot be returned
  • Improper installation does not qualify as a defect

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • We will:
    • Replace the item
    • Or issue a refund

Items must be verified as defective before replacement

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless defective or error on our side)

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless:
    • Item is defective
    • Incorrect item was sent

PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Installed TPMS sensors
  • Programmed or cloned sensors
  • Clearance or final sale items

WARRANTY 

All PDQ TPMS sensors include a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Physical damage
  • Use outside intended application
